Loving Space Programs Non-Profit
Our mission is to enrich the childhood experience and to provide parent education and support, for the people of Whatcom County.
Children's Programs
We offer special programs in art, science, movement, music, drama, and other topics that enhance children's lives and inspire them to pass on what they have learned.
We raise funds to share with families in Whatcom County that allow children to attend special programs, sports activities or events that inspire and enrich the child's life.
We provide activities that encourage community intergration and neighborly interaction which benefit children in Whatcom County.
We organize mentor programs, inviting older children to interact with and inspire younger children in positive and healthy ways.
Parent Education and Support
We provide parents with resources, education, activities to share with their child, and a larger supportive community for parents to be a part of.
We offer classes on a variety of topics that focus on an understanding of child development and positive parenting techniques.
We invite members of our community to share with us their talents and knowledge, as a way to extend the positive experience of families in Whatcom County.
It has been said that it takes a village to raise a child. We want to take that message and make it a reality.
If you would like more information about our organization and the important work we do, want to share your time, talents or make a monetary donation to support our cause, please send us an email.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

The Umbrella Brigade
Loving Space Programs non-profit is asking for donations of used umbrellas or cash donations for new ones. We will put together bundles of 5 umbrellas each with a tag explaining our non-profit and the work we do in our community to spread JOY.
Anyone interested in joining our brigade is given a bundle of umbrellas. The brigade is asked to keep these umbrellas in their car or take them with them when they are out walking in the rain. The goal is to pass them out to people who look wet, miserable and in need of an umbrella.
If you are interested, please contact Abby at abbyfranklin1@yahoo.com. Donations can be dropped off at Loving Space School 1200 Ellis Street, Bellingham, Wa.
